Key Responsibilities

  • •Review critical engineering deliverables, develop and review layouts, and provide input to other disciplines for critical design documentation.
  • •Chair overall plot plan reviews and weekly project engineering meetings; ensure notes and actions are issued promptly.
  • •Drive mechanical design review, constructability review, and 3D model review; coordinate interdisciplinary workflows for process, hydrometallurgical processing, and material handling projects.
  • •Coordinate engineering change management, generate project-specific procedures and instructions, and manage engineering inputs to document distribution matrices.
  • •Review and approve subcontract requisitions, coordinate engineering lessons learned and audit action closure, and produce end-of-project engineering reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in Engineering (essential) in Mechanical/Chemical.
  • •A minimum of 10 years of design engineering experience with a lead role for 7 years in discipline project execution.
  • •Proven expertise across pre-feasibility, feasibility, FEED, and EPC engineering execution including field engineering for phosphate-beneficiation and related projects.
  • •Experience of multi-discipline projects and the ability to lead medium teams in a task force-based engineering environment.
  • •Ability to perform most assignments independently, with technical guidance for unusual or complex problems.
