Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities, including GPU, network, and large-scale compute rack installations, coordinating stakeholders onsite.
  • •Serve as the primary onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, issue resolution, and logistics/installation/construction readiness.
  • •Translate contracted scope into concrete, measurable customer outcomes and ensure delivery aligns with timelines, budgets, and contractual commitments.

  • •Provide clear daily and shift-level reporting to program leadership and help improve delivery methodologies using AI-driven tools.

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience in project or program management delivering complex technology services, IT infrastructure deployments, or data center operations for enterprise customers.
  • •Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to act as a credible onsite lead/advisor to technical teams, vendors, contractors, customer executives, and internal leadership.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment workstreams while balancing scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including real-time issue troubleshooting and transparent reporting.
  • •Willingness and ability to travel frequently (~50%) across Canada and work onsite during extended rotational periods as needed.
