Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage concurrent supply chain introduction of new product designs globally, including critical path for Bill of Materials readiness, technical documentation readiness, and material availability.
  • •Plan, mobilize, and support resources for SS&P supplier collaboration teams to fulfill plans.
  • •Manage worldwide material availability balancing customer service levels, inventory, quality, costs, and risks, and take actions to address bottlenecks toward time-to-market and ramp.
  • •Drive accountability and ownership within designated x-sectoral Project Delivery Teams to enable successful NPI engagement and industrialization at suppliers.
  • •Proactively plan and staff PLM project coordinators and foster collaboration and continuous improvement across the global PLM community.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and lead teams.
