SBA Business Development Officer

Build and manage relationships with small to mid-size business clients while originating and growing SBA 7(a) lending opportunities. Prepare and present credit analyses and lending recommendations, then structure, underwrite, and negotiate loan terms within delegated authority. Conduct credit reviews to ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and monitor portfolio performance through ongoing analysis across assigned markets.
