Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and provide sales and technical assistance to distributors, customers, contractors, and consultants.
  • •Complete proposals for tendered projects including MV/LV SWGR, MV/LV MCC, and standard SWBD/panelboard assemblies plus Eaton field services for studies and commissioning.
  • •Work to achieve team orders and sales goals using Eaton’s Value Cycle (sales strategy, market/customer knowledge, value proposition design, and price for value).
  • •Develop bid strategies, quotations, sales proposals, and value propositions using price and delivery guidelines to improve sales volume and margins.
  • •Introduce new products, implement promotional programs, and provide sales presentations to build product/service/solution understanding and awareness.

Salary: 89,000 - 112,000

Key Requirements

  • •College diploma or university degree from an accredited institution
  • •Minimum 3 years’ technical experience in the electrical industry
  • •Knowledge of the GTA Residential/Commercial Construction market and ability to develop and deploy customer-focused strategies
  • •Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Systems Engineering, or related field
  • •Preferred: P Eng., CET designation, or C-Tech, plus 5+ years of field sales or project closing experience
