Key Responsibilities

•Lead design, development, implementation, and maintenance of interrelated technology platforms supporting Consumer line strategic and operational objectives.
•Build and maintain technology roadmaps and strategy for assigned business lines, aligned to enterprise architectural standards.
•Manage complex technology portfolios and large-scale, multi-year technology programs end-to-end on budget and timeline, escalating risks as needed.
•Oversee 24/7 production support, including vulnerability remediation and risk management to corporate SLAs.
•Build, lead, and develop a small-to-medium team of analysts, PMs, engineers, developers, scrum masters, and external resources/vendors to deliver technology deliverables.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience (required).
•7+ years of relevant experience (required).
•Expert knowledge delivering and consulting on new or enhanced business applications, including production application changes and support.
•Extensive experience with project management (including agile) to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects and resources to meet objectives.
•Extensive experience building and leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to execute technology deliverables and improve outcomes.
