Manage and supervise Teller area operations and day-to-day sales and service execution. Ensure prompt customer service, daily cash drawer security and balancing, and correct processing procedures including item capture and counterfeit identification. Coach and schedule Teller staff, train new hires, and handle escalated customer inquiries. Protect the bank through confidentiality and risk controls (including reports, Regulation CC holds, and robbery procedures) and coordinate security coverage when needed.
