Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage engineering resiliency, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery testing for critical applications across Engineering and Business Units.
  • •Partner with application and infrastructure teams to validate recovery strategies, recovery dependencies, order of recovery, and control gaps.
  • •Lead and coordinate infrastructure and application disaster recovery and cyber recovery testing, including data center failover and building power-down events.
  • •Define test scope (shared service dependencies, upstream/downstream dependencies, infrastructure dependencies, recovery order, and milestones) and maintain test documentation and evidence.
  • •Conduct business impact analysis reviews and act as a trusted advisor for business resilience, cyber recovery readiness, recovery simulations, testing, tooling, and risk mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required.
  • •4 to 5 years in tech, risk, or disaster recovery.
  • •Know tech risk, business continuity, and cyber recovery, including recovery goals like RTO and RPO.
  • •Experience coordinating systems testing for databases and data storage and understanding different test types (regular, disaster, cyber).
  • •Experience with Excel to analyze data and track reports.
