Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the HSE Manager and project leadership to implement the integrated management system and local legal regulations across projects.
  • •Monitor, maintain, and report on contractor safety and compliance requirements.
  • •Advise on accident prevention, assess equipment/machinery for safe working order, and investigate on-site accidents.
  • •Develop and maintain QHSE logs/registers and compile/analyze monthly QHSE reports and KPI performance monitoring.
  • •Coordinate HSE training needs and programs, participate in cluster QHSE inspections/audits, and support corrective actions after audits/inspections.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience with 3 years relevant HSE working experience.
  • •Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards for workplace compliance.
  • •Ability to conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, implement controls, and prevent incidents.
  • •Proficiency in investigating accidents and incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field and a professional degree in NEBOSH or Level 6 Diploma in OHS.
