Drive Miral Experiences’ learning and development strategy by partnering with HR Business Partners and business leaders to identify learning needs and deliver training aligned to business priorities. Lead the end-to-end learning cycle (needs analysis, design, facilitation, evaluation) and create engaging workshops. Develop online learning content with tools like Articulate and VYond, and launch solutions via Viva Engage, Loop, LMS, and Microsoft Teams. Support IDP implementation and Emiratization and internship initiatives.
