LN Venues, Security Manager - Fillmore Charlotte & Underground

Oversee security operations for two high-volume Live Nation venues, managing event security planning, staff scheduling, and day-to-day coverage for 300+ events annually. Lead and support a team of approximately 150 security staff through hiring, training, supervision, coaching, and discipline. Ensure full compliance with company standards and laws, de-escalate incidents, maintain a safe environment, and complete daily reports on irregularities.
