•Lead the end-to-end GTM marketing plan for the Microsoft Ads representation business across the EMEA, IN and SEA regions.
•Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify regional market gaps and evolving advertiser needs.
•Equip and enable the sales organization with best-in-class insights, competitive intelligence, and high-impact sales collateral to accelerate revenue growth.
•Champion the representation business model and drive the narrative for the overall partnership, ensuring resonance internally and with key partners.
•Collaborate with centralized marketing execution teams to deliver channel-specific campaigns, including events, social, webinars, and PR.

•8+ years of work experience, with 3-5 years dedicated to product marketing, partner marketing, or agency representation in the AdTech/MarTech industry.
