Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead the sales floor as a Team Leader, delivering outstanding customer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Assist across store departments including POS system management, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations. Partner with Store Management to achieve personal and team sales goals, manage day-to-day team activities, and uphold asset protection, shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance standards.
