Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the administration and delivery of major, high-value road and transport infrastructure contracts to achieve time, cost, quality, safety, and contractual objectives.
  • •Undertake Superintendent/Contract Administrator roles as required by project and client requirements (e.g., Administrator’s Representative or Principal’s Representative).
  • •Provide contractual and commercial leadership across mobilisation, construction, completion, and close-out.
  • •Manage and administer complex construction contracts, including variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, contractual notices, and related matters.
  • •Resolve complex contractual and project issues and coordinate multidisciplinary teams while establishing governance, reporting, and contract administration processes.

Key Requirements

  • •A degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification recognized by Engineers Australia.
  • •RPEQ registration.
  • •Extensive experience in the contract administration and delivery of major road infrastructure projects.
  • •Significant experience acting as a Contract Administrator, Superintendent, Administrator’s Representative or Principal’s Representative.
  • •Strong knowledge of contract administration and civil infrastructure delivery, including variations, claims, extensions of time, payment claims, notices, disputes, and contractor performance.
