•Lead and manage complex NetSuite engineering projects, writing SuiteScript and building custom solutions using best-in-class architecture.
•Customize and optimize NetSuite modules for Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Landed Cost (LC), General Ledger (GL), Intercompany Management, and Payables.
•Architect, build, and maintain integrations and automated data pipelines between NetSuite and Coupa for source-to-pay processing and AP automation.
•Streamline enterprise automation using SuiteFlow workflows and SuiteScript (2.0/2.1), and ensure governance via RBAC, data security policies, and SOX compliance.
•Participate in on-call rotation to support production systems, troubleshoot issues/outages, escalate incidents, and document improvements to reduce recurring incidents.

Salary: CAD 115,000 - 176,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of ERP development experience, including 7+ years hands-on NetSuite development and SuiteScript architecture experience.
•Deep techno-functional expertise across NetSuite Financials including Fixed Asset Management (FAM), Landed Cost (LC), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Management, and Intercompany transactions in NetSuite OneWorld.
•Expert-level proficiency with SuiteCloud (SuiteScript 2.0/2.1, SuiteBuilder, SuiteTalk SOAP/REST APIs, SuiteBundler) and SuiteFlow workflows.
•Hands-on programming and integration experience using OOP languages like Java or Python and middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, Workato, or custom APIs.
•Strong background with compliance-driven environments, including SOX (and mentions of GDPR/asset-tracking controls) and designing role-based access controls and audit-ready governance.
