Key Responsibilities

•Act as principal technical architect for Oracle Fusion Cloud, leading end-to-end implementation and engineering while ensuring best practices in configuration, extensions, and data integrity.
•Design and optimize end-to-end OTC processes across Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, AR, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger, including cross-module architecture and accounting impacts.
•Define transaction architecture for usage-based billing, including order events, metering inputs, mediation/aggregation, rating, breakage, billing sync, and downstream revenue recognition triggers.
•Translate accounting policy and commercial constructs into system design for ASC 606/IFRS 15 scenarios (performance obligations, SSP allocation, deferred revenue, contract modifications, renewals, amendments, refunds, satisfaction events).
•Own subledger-to-GL architecture and reconciliation strategy, architect integrations with surrounding platforms, and provide implementation authority across fit-gap to hypercare plus on-call production support.

Key Requirements

•7+ years architecting and developing solutions within Oracle Fusion Cloud, with 10+ years total ERP engineering experience.
•Deep techno-functional expertise across Oracle Order Management, Subscription Management, RMCS, Accounts Receivable, Collections, FAH, and General Ledger for end-to-end OTC and revenue design.
•Proven experience designing usage-based billing and scalable high-volume accounting systems, including event summarization, aggregation, reconciliation, and observability.
•Strong hands-on integration experience with Oracle Fusion using OIC, Boomi, APIs, and file-based interfaces, plus payment/settlement, tax engines, CRM/CLM, and reporting/GL ecosystems.
•Expert SQL/PL-SQL and reporting/data skills (OTBI, BI Publisher, BICC), with experience performing code/design reviews and navigating compliance environments (SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
