Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide in-person client service and customized financial wellness recommendations by assessing needs and delivering appropriate investment and insurance solutions.
  • •Consistently meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Build and maintain an internal referral pipeline through prospecting, identifying centers of influence, documenting calling efforts, and leveraging partners.
  • •Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products and services and competitive offerings to support meaningful client conversations.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including assisting with teller transactions and participating in branch huddles.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
  • •FINRA License S6, FINRA License S63, and FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) (required), plus Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Licenses (required).
  • •Experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) (required).
