Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage employee FMLA, disability, and personal leave tasks, including entering leave/return-to-work dates in the appropriate system and following up on inconsistencies or missing documentation.
  • •Serve as the point of contact for employees, corporate benefits, and plant leaders; answer benefit questions (including 401(k)) and assist with claim resolution and benefit plan comprehension when needed.
  • •Update and resolve enrollment, marital status, and dependent verification discrepancies in Workday to ensure accurate eligibility, enrollment, and deductions for vendors and payroll.
  • •Partner with Safety/EHS on Workers Compensation claims, ensuring correct data entry and collection of required documentation.
  • •Coordinate carrier and employee information exchange and support Corporate Benefits activities such as open enrollment and program updates; identify process improvement opportunities and participate in employee engagement projects.

Key Requirements

  • •1+ year experience in a human resources generalist environment, with leave administration experience and knowledge of FMLA and ADA preferred.
  • •Strong computer skills and the ability to work with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • •Experience with Workday or a similar HCM system preferred.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written) with internal and external customers; ability to communicate in multiple languages preferred.
  • •Demonstrate tact, discretion, confidentiality, strong attention to detail, and strong organizational/prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
