Key Responsibilities

•Translate product vision and roadmap into actionable backlogs, prioritizing based on impact and feasibility while aligning business and member goals.
•Lead day-to-day product delivery by driving sprints, refining backlogs, and defining features with cross-functional teams.
•Monitor and analyze product performance using KPIs (adoption, NPS, engagement, satisfaction) and propose enhancements based on analytics and user feedback.
•Manage stakeholder communication and alignment by sharing progress, risks, and dependencies and ensuring operational readiness for launches.
•Champion user-centric design by participating in discovery and usability testing and advocating for customer needs in prioritization.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of product management experience, translating strategy into actionable delivery plans.
•Strong understanding of Agile delivery and product lifecycle management.
•Experience managing backlogs using tools such as Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
•Ability to translate customer insights and business goals into clear requirements with measurable outcomes.
•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
