Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Judges, the Registrar and Senior Legal Counsel in reviewing parties’ claim forms and filings and in management of cases.
  • •Provide legal and research assistance and support the Registrar and Chief Executive of ADGM Courts and the Senior Legal Counsel on designated projects.
  • •Draft court documents and correspondence autonomously, and support research outputs such as judgment summaries, memoranda, and procedure manuals.
  • •Support Registry staff with information on court procedures and practices to stakeholders, and respond to oral and written enquiries from parties, lawyers, and other stakeholders.
  • •Support the enhancement of ADGM Courts’ electronic services and assist with strategic initiatives including pro bono and court-annexed mediation schemes, and dispute resolution services such as arbitration and mediation.
