Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, operate, and monitor the hydrostatic test chamber to pressure-test sealed vessels, housings, and pressurized components.
  • •Prepare test components with correct fittings, plugs, seals, and connections; verify setup before pressurization.
  • •Visually inspect components before, during, and after testing to identify and document leaks, seal failures, weld deficiencies, or other anomalies.
  • •Accurately record test parameters and results, complete test reports and quality records, and use calibration and gauge readings to ensure accuracy.
  • •Perform routine maintenance and support calibration for pumps, gauges, fittings, and related equipment; adhere to safety protocols and coordinate with production and engineering.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 37 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of hands-on testing, inspection, or manufacturing technician experience.
  • •Familiarity with pressure testing (hydrostatic or pneumatic), leak detection, or similar quality verification processes.
  • •Ability to read and work from technical documentation, engineering drawings, and test procedures.
  • •Strong attention to detail with disciplined procedure-following and accurate data recording.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with high-pressure systems, pumps, fittings, and gauges.
