Key Responsibilities

•Review and analyze revenue contracts to ensure proper treatment and documentation (ASC 606) and maintain revenue ledger accuracy
•Book cost of goods sold (COGS) in alignment with recognized revenue and review T&E entries for policy compliance
•Manage stock-based compensation accounting and equity-related reporting, including cap table maintenance
•Research and apply new and existing accounting standards (GAAP/ASC); draft technical accounting memos as needed
•Lead external audit process, coordinate auditor requests, and support internal controls documentation and testing
•Identify and implement workflow improvements across the accounting function and provide finance feedback to product and GTM teams

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
•3–5 years of relevant accounting or finance experience
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements
•CPA preferred (advantage) and willingness to commute to the office at least 2x per week
