Key Responsibilities

  • •Gather, document, and validate business requirements for strategic initiatives and operational change programmes.
  • •Design and maintain Target Operating Models (TOMs) across fund operations, investment operations, and outsourced service provider environments.
  • •Define business requirements for data feeds, interfaces, and workflow enhancements, and implement data integrations with technology teams and vendors.
  • •Support onboarding of new products, including UCITS, AIFs, ETFs, and other investment vehicles, while coordinating with internal functions and external partners.
  • •Maintain project documentation and process inventories, and support audit, compliance, and regulatory review activities for operational procedures and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent university degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •Ideally at least 5 years’ experience in consulting or in relevant departments of an Investment Management company.
  • •Solid understanding of the Investment Management business value chain across front-, middle and back-office functions.
  • •Solid understanding of the regulatory framework for investment managers, insurance investors and European-domiciled funds.
  • •Fluency in Italian and English, with strong communication, analytical/problem-solving, and stakeholder relationship building skills.
