Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead production solution delivery for customer technical projects, including reference architectures, custom applications, and data ingestion with ML/AI model integration.
  • •Guide strategic customers through transformational big data and AI implementations, including end-to-end design, build, and deployment.
  • •Guide and empower customers on architecture and design, and bootstrap/implement customer projects to support evaluation and adoption of Databricks.
  • •Own architecture and design decisions to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with both customer needs and Databricks best practices.
  • •Collaborate with Databricks engineering, project management, architects, and customer teams to deliver engagement components and provide product/implementation feedback. (including working with Customer Support to resolve engagement issues)

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in data engineering, data platforms & analytics, or software engineering.
  • •Comfort writing code in Python, Scala, and/or JavaScript/TypeScript with modern frameworks.
  • •Working knowledge of two or more cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP), with expertise in at least one.
  • •Deep experience with distributed computing using Apache Spark and knowledge of Spark runtime internals.
  • •Familiarity with CI/CD, plus working knowledge of MLOps, ML/AI models, and AI APIs.
