Key Responsibilities

•Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Ripple Treasury, driving cross-functional alignment from ideation through delivery and post-launch optimization.
•Partner with senior leaders to define program scope, success metrics, and governance structures.
•Own program roadmaps by building and maintaining project plans, identifying dependencies, surfacing risks, and driving resolution.
•Champion organizational change management, including communication strategies, training plans, and adoption frameworks to embed lasting change.
•Establish program health reporting and executive status updates, facilitate steering committees, and identify systemic inefficiencies with a delivery plan to address them.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 196,000 - 240,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in program management, management consulting, strategy, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years in a Director-level or equivalent senior role.
•Experience owning and delivering large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs in a high-growth tech company or financial services firm.
•Strong collaborator leadership skills, including building credibility quickly with executives and peers and navigating organizational complexity.
•Strong process design and systems-thinking to map current-state, develop future-state, and connect the transition.
•Proficiency with program management tooling (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent) and data tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
