Job Summary

Own and grow the Home Decorating assortment, from assortment strategy through year-one launches of new product types. Use data and customer insights to optimize product mix, improve ratings/reviews, and drive revenue, margin, inventory health, and return-rate performance. Continuously identify assortment whitespace, partner with Sourcing to develop sustainable, high-quality products, and collaborate with marketing/site/creative to deliver compelling category launches.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the Home Decorating assortment strategy and ensure it delivers exceptional quality at accessible prices.
•Launch and expand new product types in year one, including faux florals/trees, seasonal decor, vases/trays, mirrors, and decorative storage.
•Leverage data and customer insights to build, optimize, and scale the assortment to meet customer needs and financial goals (revenue, margin, inventory health, return rate).
•Continuously identify assortment whitespace and refine the product roadmap based on learnings.
•Partner with Sourcing and collaborate with marketing, site, and creative teams to drive product development and compelling launches/storytelling.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000

Key Requirements

•10-12 years of retail merchandising experience in the home decor category, preferably with luxury expertise.
•E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience.
•2-3+ years experience managing direct reports.
•Product-obsessed with leveraging data tools and external sources to make merchandising decisions.
•Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
