  • •Supervise the team inbox for incoming cases and requests from broker clients.
  • •Enter transactions from the inbox onto the daily tracking sheet and maintain daily case progress in Smart Sheet.
  • •Manage broker relationships with daily follow-ups and consistent, well-written communications.
  • •Process transactions efficiently into carrier portals for submission or change and email carrier representatives with requests/questions.
  • •Communicate carrier updates to broker clients via phone or email and maintain contacts in good standing with carrier partners.
