Principal Data Scientist

Set the strategic direction for customer personalization and customer-level algorithms. Lead initiatives to design, train, and deploy batch and real-time ML models into governed production environments, partnering with Product Management and external tech partners to solve high-impact customer problems. Define success metrics and validate impact through experimentation and A/B testing, and serve as a technical authority for MLOps, real-time model training standards, and algorithmic QA metrics while mentoring data science and engineering talent.
