Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate espresso machines and coffee brewing equipment to prepare beverages such as espresso, cappuccino, latte, and macchiato.
  • •Grind, measure, and prepare coffee with consistent freshness; steam and froth milk to the correct texture and temperature, including latte art.
  • •Take customer orders accurately, provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items and brewing methods.
  • •Process payments using cash registers or POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and sanitation, restock ingredients and supplies, and collaborate with team members during busy periods.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years working experience, including 2 years of relevant barista experience.
  • •In-depth understanding of coffee varieties, blends, and brewing methods including espresso extraction and milk steaming.
  • •Strong attention to detail to ensure consistent coffee preparation and accurate milk frothing.
  • •Ability to handle multiple tasks at once (taking orders, preparing beverages, and processing payments) while maintaining quality.
  • •Capacity to troubleshoot issues such as equipment malfunctions or customer complaints quickly and effectively.
