Post Production Manager - York

Supervise daily operations within a Carvana Inspection Center, overseeing the vehicle reconditioning process for quality, production, and cost objectives. Lead and develop a team of leads and front-line associates in a lean manufacturing environment, mentor performance management, and ensure training/certification progression paths are executed. Drive continuous improvement and problem-solving, maintain adherence to operating standards and health & safety/loss prevention guidelines, and support production planning and capacity levels.
