Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets.
  • •Conduct regular building patrols and respond promptly to security and safety calls.
  • •Comply with department standards, legal/ethical instructions, and security policies and procedures.
  • •Investigate and compile accurate incident reports.
  • •Interact courteously with patrons, vendors, and employees, de-escalating when needed, and help close the venue at end of show as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain a valid Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration ("Guard Card") upon hire.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively in English.
  • •Understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (walk, stand, lift at least 45 lbs., reach, pull, push, grasp, and drag).
