Key Responsibilities

•Own a vertical end-to-end: outcomes and metrics, backlog prioritization by value/risk/dependency/strategic priority, and crisp acceptance criteria for building/testing.
•Shape technical design with engineering across system boundaries, money-movement correctness (idempotency, ledgering, reconciliation), third-party-rail behavior, failure/retry/refund paths, security, latency, scalability, and recovery.
•Make and defend hard trade-offs across correctness, speed, cost, reliability, and UX with engineering, compliance, and operations leaders.
•Treat regulated constraints as first-class product inputs, including licensing scope, CDD/KYC and limits, sanctions/PEP screening, transaction monitoring, data residency, and privacy.
•Apply AI where it earns its place by defining allowed decisions, human-in-the-loop boundaries, evaluation approach, and behavior when unsure; ship behind flags through partner and regulatory gates.

Key Requirements

•Significant experience owning a complex technical product end-to-end, with strong judgement and decisiveness under ambiguity.
•Strong system design foundation (boundaries, datastores, queues/workflows, APIs, failure modes, concurrency consistency) and ability to review design docs and sketch architectures.
•Experience in a regulated/high-consequence domain such as payments, banking, remittance, or insurance, and understanding of why money movement prioritizes correctness.
•Hands-on AI judgement with LLM-based products, including defining how features are evaluated and when models must not be in the loop.
•Nice to have: engineer or highly-technical PM background, zero-to-one experience, shipped AI-heavy consumer products, and ML/LLM evaluation metrics.
•Nice to have: SEA market experience.
