Key Responsibilities

  • •Define, plan, and drive end-to-end AI cluster delivery programs across solution architecture, platform readiness, validation, deployment, customer support, and lifecycle execution.
  • •Create and maintain integrated schedules, resource and lab capacity plans, deployment plans, validation readiness trackers, risk/issue logs, decision registers, and executive status summaries.
  • •Provide program status and dependency mapping with executive-level visibility across architecture, validation, internal and customer deployments, and support readiness.
  • •Identify actions, owners, and mitigation plans for technical, schedule, capacity, deployment, and customer-impacting risks throughout the lifecycle.
  • •Collect, analyze, organize, and publish program performance data through dashboards, recurring status reports, readiness reviews, and deployment health indicators.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 189,000 - 324,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • •Strong program management knowledge applied across small to large-scale cluster delivery initiatives.
  • •Experience driving programs that span multiple technical domains and stakeholder groups across architecture, engineering, NPI validation, lab operations, deployment, and customer support.
  • •Ability to initiate and improve execution models, triage workflows, deployment readiness processes, and lab capacity planning to improve efficiency and predictability.
  • •Strong analytical and risk-management skills to identify mitigation plans for technical, schedule, capacity, deployment, and customer-impacting risks.
