•Develop and execute scalable creator programs to onboard, educate, and activate TikTok LIVE creators.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Partnerships, Campaigns, Product, Strategy) to align on creator growth initiatives.

•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in English and Spanish for frequent LATAM collaboration.
