Key Responsibilities

  • •Support industrial hygiene and safety programs across construction and manufacturing environments, ensuring implementation of company safety management systems.
  • •Conduct industrial hygiene assessments and task-based risk assessments, including process hazard analyses and HAZOPs, to identify hazards and confirm effective controls.
  • •Review facility, equipment, and system designs to ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with Safety by Design standards.
  • •Develop, implement, and continuously improve IH and safety programs, procedures, training, and operational standards.
  • •Perform compliance audits, coordinate regulatory inspections, monitor regulatory changes, and investigate incidents to drive root-cause corrective actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Safety Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience conducting industrial hygiene, safety, risk assessment, or regulatory compliance activities in an industrial, manufacturing, construction, or related environment.
  • •Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams at all organizational levels.
  • •Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze complex problems, and implement projects with minimal supervision.
  • •Proficiency with standard business software and data management tools.
