Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and drive the assigned product team; set strategic priorities, allocate resources, and guide decisions to achieve long-term success.
  • •Manage, support, motivate, and develop the RCC INDIA PLM team, including hiring, performance appraisals, goal setting, budget planning, and redundancies.
  • •Provide strategic oversight of stakeholder management and advocate for stakeholder interests across merchandising, design, development, regions, and other stakeholders.
  • •Drive product strategy development and implementation; own pre-seasonal alignment and ensure delivery across business segments.
  • •Manage product costing and reporting/KPIs, present strategy and product lines to partners and key accounts, and represent the team in internal and external meetings.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate studies in Business Administration, International Business, Sports Management, or similar (Marketing/Textile/Fashion/Sports).
  • •Minimum 15 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, and merchandising with a top-tier international sports company.
  • •Strong leadership skills to motivate and mentor leaders, including at least 5+ years of cross-functional leadership experience.
  • •Excellent market and retail knowledge of the sport industry, consumer trends, and the fashion/lifestyle market.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills (excellent English knowledge).
