Talent Acquisition Project Intern (E-Commerce) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Support the TikTok Shop Talent Acquisition team for SEA, helping build high-performing e-commerce hiring pipelines. You’ll assist with sourcing candidates via job boards, social media, and networking, screen resumes against role requirements, coordinate interview scheduling, and maintain applicant data in the ATS. You’ll also help prepare recruitment reports and dashboards and ensure timely, professional candidate communication while participating in short-term project work.
