Team Lead, Full-Time

Lead in-store teams to deliver outstanding consumer experiences using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M service model. Help run daily store operations, including POS system management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom activities. Coach on the sales floor to achieve personal and team sales goals, delegate daily tasks, and maintain high service standards. Serve as a brand ambassador while ensuring adherence to asset protection and inventory/compliance procedures.
