Network Operations Engineer

Own the operational lifecycle, SLOs, and availability for Okta’s corporate network. Design and build automation and tooling in production-quality code to eliminate toil and improve efficiency. Collaborate with Workplace Technology, TDI, Security, and stakeholders to resolve incidents, strengthen IT network security, and maintain consistent software, configuration, and security across the fleet. Participate in an on-call rotation using structured troubleshooting and clearly communicate impacts to non-technical partners.
