Drive internal technology enablement for Harvey’s Technical Program Management team, helping employees adopt and realize value from enterprise platforms. Own end-to-end enablement strategy for major initiatives with emphasis on internal AI tooling, including change management, training, documentation, and communications. Measure adoption and feedback to iterate on materials, and build dashboards that provide leadership with visibility into technology health, utilization, and ROI.
