Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for multiple real estate projects, from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Prepare project scope, delivery resource requirements, cost estimates/budget, work plan schedule and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification with clients.
  • •Provide project reporting to the Project Management Director and other business leaders.
  • •Conduct complex requests for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.
  • •Coach other Project Managers, keep functions on schedule, and facilitate regular status meetings to resolve or advance issues.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8–10 years of relevant experience (degree alternative considered).
  • •Lead delivery resource projects in complex environments and support senior leadership in a strategic capacity.
  • •Owner’s Representative experience for Class A financial or professional services clients and infrastructure/MEP experience desired.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Project; Procore and Textura experience beneficial.
