Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide IT Support services to users onsite and manage on-site technical issues
  • •Use a ticketing system to manage support queries and ensure timely resolutions
  • •Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with organizational rules and guidelines
  • •Adhere to strict change control procedures during IT operations
  • •Collaborate with MSP team and client technology staff to ensure reliable infrastructure support

Salary: $ 70,000 - 90,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of IT experience (Desktop Support, Systems Engineering, Systems Administration)
  • •End User Support / Desktop Support: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, desktop, and mobile device troubleshooting
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • •Support of primarily Microsoft 365 stack (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Intune, Azure AD)
  • •Systems Administration: Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Platforms as well as Active Directory, Group Policy, good if you are familiar with Citrix XenApp
