Key Responsibilities

•Drive product and business growth by owning customer-facing strategy, market development, and go-to-market execution for digital and mixed-signal verification solutions.
•Partner with strategic accounts to uncover technical and commercial pain points and shape product direction, packaging, and customer-ready value propositions.
•Lead executive-level customer conversations and influence roadmap decisions to support complex enterprise growth initiatives.
•Align cross-functional teams across Sales, Applications Engineering, and R&D to deliver customer success outcomes tied to measurable metrics (pipeline, bookings, adoption, retention).
•Translate requirements and certification/assurance needs across aerospace/defense, automotive, industrial, and medical device markets into segmentation strategy and product readiness plans.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 154,000 - 286,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Technical understanding of digital and mixed-signal verification flows, including virtual prototyping through verification signoff, with hardware-based and agentic verification concepts.
•Ability to identify and quantify customer technical and business challenges, translate them into product requirements and commercial offers, and execute cross-functional customer plans.
•Track record leading executive-level customer conversations (VP/C-level) across technology strategy and business value to influence roadmap decisions.
•Knowledge of AI/ML verification methods and related EDA technology, and ability to position differentiated capabilities against alternatives.
•Experience spanning the customer lifecycle (discovery through evaluation, procurement, and expansion) and working with enterprise sales, SOW motions, and engineering/finance/procurement stakeholders.
