Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end distribution governance framework, including MAS regulatory reporting, audit coordination, due diligence, remediation, and partner onboarding/offboarding, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
•Deliver high-impact MIS, financial, and business performance reporting; prepare decks for EXCO, Distributors Partners, Steering Committees, Risk Forums to support strategic decision-making and continuous risk monitoring.
•Spearhead MIS transformation initiatives (Qliksense, Datalake), significantly reducing manual processes and enhancing data accuracy, accessibility, and transparency.
•Partner closely with senior stakeholders across distribution channels to align on business strategy, risk monitoring, and governance priorities in a matrix environment.
•Promote strong risk culture, manage audit engagement and remediation efforts, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to governance standards.
