Key Responsibilities

  • •Supervise Mobility ledgers and act as point of contact for ledger-related matters.
  • •Own reporting and compliance for in-scope countries and serve as first point of escalation for corporate matters and special projects.
  • •Ensure control environment adherence to Eaton policies, US GAAP, SOX, and local statutory/tax compliance requirements.
  • •Partner with GFSS, COEs, and finance teams to support strategic initiatives and execute projects across tax, restructuring, payroll, system implementations, and treasury.
  • •Support statutory, tax, customs, and internal audits; manage month-end closing and monthly reconciliation activities.

  • •Degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree (or professional qualification) is preferred.
  • •3+ years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • •Experience managing a team.

  • •Fluent business English.
