Job Summary

Drive store sales at The Galeries by delivering an authentic ALO guest experience built on genuine connection and product education. Build daily client relationships, lead and exceed sales goals through ALO’s Flow initiatives, and help create a friendly, easy-to-shop environment. Partner with store leadership to analyze reports, support action plans, maintain sales floor coverage, and ensure front/back-of-house procedures, merchandising, and product flow meet company standards.

•Build client relationships daily and resolve client needs quickly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Partner with leadership to analyze reports, support action plans for deficient areas, and highlight growth opportunities.
•Support store operations including sales floor coverage, introducing the ALO business model, processing shipment, and executing front/back-of-house procedures per company policy.
