Key Responsibilities

•Define product strategy and roadmap for one or more academic programs based on market research, competitive analysis, and labor market needs.
•Lead cross-functional work with subject matter experts, program development, instructional faculty, mentors, marketing, and external partners to build degree programs.
•Track post-launch KPIs (applications, enrollment, progress, retention, and financial metrics) and drive continuous improvement.
•Align cross-functional stakeholders on priorities, decisions, and execution to ensure timely program delivery.
•Own the full lifecycle of programs from concept through marketing, launch, and ongoing student experience optimization.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 123,000 - 190,700
