Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, test, and support Microsoft-based applications using Azure and Power Platform.
  • •Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable application designs, leveraging configuration and low-code patterns where appropriate.
  • •Design and maintain custom AI agents using Copilot Studio or Azure AI Foundry, including orchestration, fallback logic, escalation paths, and analytics.
  • •Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows or Logic Apps for approvals, notifications, and business process automation, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • •Follow enterprise standards for secure delivery and lifecycle management, including ALM practices, deployment validation, documentation, and stakeholder enablement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • •4+ years building Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure solutions, including hands-on app and data flow delivery.
  • •2+ years hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, Azure AI, conversational AI, or enterprise AI solution delivery.
  • •Strong experience with business apps (Canvas apps), including model-driven apps and Dataverse-backed design.
  • •Experience troubleshooting apps, flows, agents, connectors, and data issues across development, test, and production environments.
