Provide highly visible front-line banking service and sales support for customers at the branch. Key Responsibilities

•Meet sales and service goals by profiling customers, building relationships, using sales and customer service software, and participating in sales campaigns; follow up by phone or email.
•Accurately open, close, and maintain customer accounts according to established policies and procedures.
•Advise customers on Old Second products and services, including learning to apply knowledge to more complex retail products such as IRAs and loans.
•Cross-train as a Teller when needed to handle basic transactions including cashing checks, processing deposits and withdrawals, and balancing the drawer.
•Maintain operational accuracy and compliance with internal and legislated regulations (e.g., BSA/Fraud/CTR’s, CIP, signature cards, beneficial ownership) and complete required annual training.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.1 - 22.5 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or equivalent) and one year of related experience in banking, cash handling, customer service, and/or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Must become licensed with NMLS registration within 60 days of assuming the role and meet bank training requirements.
•Must work onsite; branch hours are Monday–Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 8am–12pm.
•Demonstrate excellent customer service and professional communication.
•Basic understanding of banking, check processing, credits and debits, with the ability to follow compliance requirements.
