Job Summary

Support the Senior Project Manager and Project Managers in delivering mall A&A, tenancy, and F&B projects in Macau. Help develop project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and maintain the master programme in MS Project. Coordinate internal/external stakeholders, support tender documentation and Macau permit/license applications, manage budgets and documentation, and assist site coordination through handover while supporting compliance, safety, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and update project plans, schedules, and the master programme in MS Project.
•Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time delivery.
•Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including mall management, consultants, and contractors.
•Support tender monitoring and prepare tender-related documentation; assist with Macau permit and license applications.
•Assist with budget tracking, site coordination, documentation/reporting, and compliance/safety including risk identification and mitigation.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Building science or a related discipline.
•2-5 years’ experience managing A&A, retail/F&B/mall projects in Macau.
•Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
•Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines; fluency in English required.
