Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and update project plans, schedules, and the master programme in MS Project.
  • •Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to support on-time delivery.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including mall management, consultants, and contractors.
  • •Support tender monitoring and prepare tender-related documentation; assist with Macau permit and license applications.
  • •Assist with budget tracking, site coordination, documentation/reporting, and compliance/safety including risk identification and mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Construction, Project Management, Engineering, Building science or a related discipline.
  • •2-5 years’ experience managing A&A, retail/F&B/mall projects in Macau.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • •Proven experience leading small to medium-sized construction projects of low to medium complexity.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with tight deadlines; fluency in English required.
